Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using OG Online Ruler, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The ruler is provided as a general-purpose browser utility.
Measurement limitations
On-screen accuracy depends on correct calibration, browser zoom, display scaling, device information, and physical alignment. Measurements are estimates and may contain error. You are responsible for checking results with appropriate equipment before relying on them.
Do not use OG Online Ruler as the sole measurement method for medical care, construction, manufacturing tolerances, legal metrology, safety systems, or any task where an inaccurate value could cause injury, loss, or damage.
Permitted use
You may use the website for personal, educational, and commercial measurement tasks. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, overload its infrastructure, misrepresent the tool as your own service, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
The OG Online Ruler name, interface, original text, graphics, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership. References to third-party products or brands are used only to explain calibration and compatibility.
Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or preservation of local preferences. Browser or operating-system changes may affect calibration behavior.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, OG Online Ruler is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from use of the tool.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The current revision date appears above.
