We welcome feedback about ruler accuracy, calibration, device compatibility, accessibility, and usability. The most helpful reports include your device model, operating system, browser, browser zoom level, selected calibration method, and a short description of the expected and observed measurement.

Before reporting an accuracy issue

• Set browser zoom to 100 percent.
• Confirm that operating-system display scaling has not changed.
• Calibrate with a standard bank card or exact screen diagonal.
• Recalibrate after moving the window to another display.
• Tell us which unit and ruler edge you used.
